Ground-up construction at CMB is carried out by CMB Builders Group, our own general contracting company, not an outside builder you never meet. We focus on single-family homes and take projects in Florida and Texas, starting at roughly $75,000. Because the financing sits under the same roof, many clients are able to start with less cash out of pocket than a standalone builder would require, subject to qualifying.
Our construction work today is focused on single-family homes, built for owners on their own land and as our own projects going to market. We cover the full path: land analysis, acquisition, design, architecture, permits, budgeting, contracting, construction, inspections and final delivery. Projects start at roughly $75,000 and are accepted in Florida and Texas. Every project includes a warranty and service after handover.
Whether you already own the land or you are still looking for it, the first call is about feasibility: what can be built there, what it costs, and how it can be financed. Projects are accepted subject to location, feasibility, contractor availability and a written agreement.
